Cutting & Grinding Fluid

General Description

Onnekas ON-CF100 is Emulsion type and environmental friendly metal machining fluid.

It was formulated for cutting and grinding of metal parts.

Suitable for a wide range of operations, materials and machines.
Excellent anti-corrosion property especially for ferrous & non-ferrous work materials.
Longer tool life and better precision due to its good lubricity.
Longer service life due to its excellent emulsion stability and anti-bacteria properties.
Superior anti-foam ability.
Do not contain chlorine

Application

For Drilling, Reaming and Tapping of non-ferrous metal 5 - 10%
For heavy duty cutting of steel and aluminium 7 - 10%
For Turning, Milling and Grinding 6 - 10%
